Peru Decaf

Washed Peruvian single origin decaffeinated using a chemical-free water process.

Peru Decaf is a medium roasted, specialty-grade coffee sourced from Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino in Piura and Amazonas. It is fully washed, sun dried, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve origin character while removing caffeine.

In the cup, caramel leads with soft sweetness, carried by a smooth, rounded body. A light citrus lift appears toward the finish, adding structure so the profile stays active rather than flat. The result is balanced and composed, with clarity that holds through brewing.

It is designed for later-day consumption and lower-caffeine routines where comfort and consistency matter.

Craft

Swiss Water Process decaffeinated Peruvian coffee from 1100–1700M, composed of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, fully washed and sun dried prior to decaffeination and medium roasting for structure retention.
