Ethiopia Sidama Natural is a medium-light roasted, specialty-grade coffee grown in Ethiopia’s Sidama Zone and naturally processed on raised beds. The slow sun-drying method preserves intrinsic sugars and fruit character, allowing the cup to retain clarity, sweetness, and structure without blending into heaviness.
In the cup, milk chocolate and caramel open the profile with soft sweetness, followed by ripe fruit tones that transition into a berry jam finish. The body stays lifted and clean, with a gentle juiciness that develops as the coffee cools, revealing additional clarity and sweetness over time.
