If the issue is approved after review, we will issue store credit only or provide a replacement at our discretion.
No refunds to the original payment method will be provided.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items may be required to be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Except as stated above for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards
We do not offer exchanges. Store credit, if issued, may be used toward a future purchase.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Where cancellation rights apply, store credit will be issued unless a refund is legally required.
Approved store credit will be issued after inspection of the item and has no cash value. Store credit must be used toward a future purchase.
