Honduras Marcala is a medium-dark roasted, specialty-grade single origin sourced from a cooperative of growers in La Paz, Honduras. Grown at 1300–1700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil, it is fully washed and sun-dried to preserve clarity while allowing deeper roast development to emerge cleanly in the cup.

The result is a coffee defined by smooth structure and steady sweetness rather than sharp intensity.

In the cup, caramel leads with immediate warmth, followed by brown sugar depth that adds body and roundness. A subtle spice note sits underneath, giving the profile gentle lift and dimension without disrupting its balance. The finish is clean, slightly warm, and consistently smooth.

This is a coffee built for reliability. It maintains composure across repeated use while offering enough character to remain engaging over time.

Sourced from smallholder growers in Marcala, Honduras, composed of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties. Fully washed and sun-dried to maintain clarity, then medium-dark roasted to emphasize caramelized sweetness and controlled spice structure.
