Sourced from select farms across Paraná and São Paulo in Brazil, Brazil Santos is grown at 750–1050 meters in mineral-rich volcanic soil. Cultivated from Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, the coffee is processed using the pulped natural method and sun-dried to preserve its natural sweetness and clarity.
The result is a medium-roasted single origin that expresses balance above all else.
In the cup, it opens with soft cocoa notes layered over a rounded sweetness, carried by a smooth, even body. The texture is clean and approachable, with an elegant finish that fades gently rather than lingering with intensity. There is no sharpness or bitterness—only structure, warmth, and ease.
