A dark-roasted house blend built for depth and structure, bringing together coffees from multiple origins into a full, espresso-ready profile with a smooth, steady finish.

Cowboy Blend

A layered combination of dark and medium roasts, offering cocoa richness with soft caramel and vanilla undertones. Balanced, slightly bold, and grounded without heaviness.

Breakfast Blend

A medium-roasted South American blend designed for consistency and ease. Smooth, balanced, and clean, with a profile that settles naturally into daily routine.

Peru

Grown in the highlands of Piura and Amazonas, this medium roast offers a silky body with notes of salted caramel and soft citrus. Clean, gently sweet, and composed.

Mexico

Sourced from Chiapas and Oaxaca, this medium roast expresses chocolate warmth with a hint of cinnamon and a subtle green apple brightness. Familiar, yet quietly layered.

Bali Blue

From the Kintamani region of Bali, this medium-dark roast delivers depth and natural sweetness, with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Full-bodied and grounded.

Craft

Each coffee is specialty-grade and roasted in small batches to highlight its natural character. Blends are composed for balance and consistency, while single origins are selected for clarity and expression of place.
