Tanzania Mbeya is a medium-light roasted, specialty-grade single origin sourced from small cooperative farms in the Mbeya region. Grown at 1200–1900 meters in clay mineral soil, it is fully washed and dried on raised beds to preserve structure and highlight natural aromatics.

The cup opens with a bright fruit line led by pear, followed by floral tones that carry a jasmine-like quality. A soft strawberry note rounds the profile, adding subtle sweetness without heaviness. The finish remains crisp and lifted, with a clean separation between layers.

It is built for brewing styles that favor expression over weight, where aromatics and nuance are allowed to remain intact.

 

Craft

High-elevation Tanzanian coffee composed of Bourbon and Kent varieties. Fully washed and raised-bed dried to maintain clarity and aromatic definition, then medium-light roasted to preserve fruit and floral structure.
