Papua New Guinea Chimbu is a medium roasted, specialty-grade coffee sourced from small agricultural cooperatives in the Chimbu Province. It is fully washed and sun dried, a process that supports a clean cup while preserving natural sweetness and body.
In the cup, caramel leads with gentle richness, followed by a honeyed midsection and a light fruit finish that adds lift without shifting the profile away from balance. The body stays rounded, with a smooth transition from sweetness to finish.
