Nicaragua Molino Norte is a medium roasted, specialty-grade coffee sourced from smallholder farms in Matagalpa. It is fully washed, then fermented for 12–14 hours before drying on patios and raised beds, a process that builds clarity while preserving layered sweetness.
In the cup, cocoa leads with soft depth, followed by a light floral thread and a citrus lift that adds definition to the finish. The profile stays clean through the middle, with enough brightness to keep the cup moving without losing balance.
It is designed for steady drip brewing where structure, clarity, and approachability need to coexist.
