Clarity, shaped by elevation and restraint.
Guatemala Antigua is a medium-roasted, specialty-grade single origin sourced from smallholder farms in the Antigua region. Grown at 1200–1616 meters in volcanic soil, it is fully washed and sun-dried to preserve structure, cleanliness, and definition in the cup.
The result is a coffee defined by precision rather than heaviness, clean, articulated, and naturally balanced.
In the cup, it opens with a dark chocolate base that provides depth and grounding. A bright fruit note runs through the center, adding lift and dimension, while a soft butterscotch sweetness rounds the finish with gentle warmth. The profile remains structured throughout, allowing each layer to appear clearly without overwhelming the next.
This is a coffee built on contrast held in balance, richness without weight, brightness without sharpness.
It performs consistently across brew methods, maintaining clarity in filter and composure in espresso.
