Sourced from micro farms in Alajuela, Costa Rica, this coffee is grown at 1300–1445 meters in volcanic soil rich in mineral depth. Cultivated from Caturra and Catuai varieties, it is eco-pulped and sun-dried, a careful process that preserves sweetness while maintaining a clean, structured profile.
The result is a medium-roasted single origin that expresses brightness with control.
