Volcanic single origin defined by depth and structure.
Bali Blue is a medium-dark roasted, specialty-grade coffee sourced from the highlands of Kintamani, Bali. Grown at 1200–1600 meters in volcanic loam, it is cultivated by smallholder farmers using Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. The lot is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds to preserve density and natural sweetness.
In the cup, dark chocolate leads with immediate depth, followed by molasses richness and brown sugar warmth that build into a full, steady body. Low acidity allows the profile to unfold without sharpness, creating a grounded finish that remains consistent from first sip to last.
It is built for brewing methods that favor weight and structure over brightness, where stability in the cup matters more than lift.
